Tech9 AppSuite is an integrated workspace platform that provides access to multiple applications including case study builders, developer tools, and other productivity applications. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
You must authenticate using a valid Google Workspace account to access the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Service to transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, interfere with or disrupt the Service, or use the Service in any way that could damage or impair the Service for other users.
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Tech9 and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Content you create using the Service remains your property, but you grant us a license to host, store, and display it as necessary to provide the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which should survive termination shall survive.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
In no event shall Tech9, its directors, employees, partners, agents, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
